AAR Signs Integrated Component Solutions Agreement to Provide Full PBH Support of Air Malta’s A320neo

WOOD DALE, ILLINOIS, September 19, 2018 – AAR (NYSE: AIR), a leading provider of aviation aftermarket services to the world’s airlines, has entered a multiyear Integrated Component Solutions agreement with Air Malta to provide full power-by-the-hour (PBH) support of its A320neo aircraft. Air Malta will receive nose-to-tail ATA chapter coverage, including airframe, APU and engine line replaceable units (LRUs) together with the provision of on-site inventory in Malta.

AAR Mobility Systems Awarded $2 Million Order to Support U.S. Air Force Security Forces’ Desert Defender Program

CADILLAC, Michigan, August 8, 2018 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) Mobility Systems has been awarded a $2 million order to provide customized TFI shelters to support the U.S. Air Force Security Forces’ Desert Defender program. AAR will provide 20-foot and 9-foot variants of its TFI shelters, which will be used for weapons repair and armories. The shelters will be manufactured in Goldsboro, North Carolina.

AAR Mobility Systems Awarded $25.3 Million in Task Orders from USAF to Produce and Repair 463L Cargo Pallets

CADILLAC, Michigan, July 19, 2018 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) Mobility Systems has been awarded task orders valued at $25.3 million from the U.S. Air Force for the production and repair of 463L cargo pallets. The cargo pallets will be manufactured and repaired in Cadillac. The two task orders are expected to be completed by June 30, 2019, and are tied to a previously awarded contract, which brings the total value to $143 million.

This contract will provide support to units located at Ft Bragg, N.C.; Eglin AFB, Fla.; Stuttgart, Germany; and Torii Station (Okinawa), Japan.
