AAR Signs New 1-Year Contract to Supply Landing Gear Support for Royal Squadron Fleet

LONDON, May 29, 2014 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) announces an agreement with the UK Ministry of Defence (UK MoD) to supply landing gear support to its fleet of BAE 125 aircraft. The contract expands on AAR’s relationship with the UK MoD, for which it provides repairs, spare parts requirements and unit exchanges for BAE 125 and 146 aircraft, as well as APU repairs for the BAE146 aircraft.

AAR’s Nordisk to Provide Fuel-Saving Unit Load Devices to China Southern Airlines

HONG KONG, May 28, 2014 — AAR’s Nordisk Aviation Products announces it has received orders for more than 1,100 lightweight air cargo containers and pallets from China Southern Airlines. Nordisk’s Unit Load Devices (ULDs), among the lightest-weight in the industry, will provide the airline fuel savings of more than 1,100 tons of fuel a year, reducing carbon emissions by more than 3,500 tons.

AAR Expands Support of Boeing’s U.S. Army CH-47 Helicopter Recapitalization Program

GARDEN CITY, New York, May 21, 2014 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) has won a contract that expands its component repair support of The Boeing Company’s Helicopter Recapitalization Program for the U.S. Army. Under a five-year general terms agreement on Multi Year II, AAR will overhaul multiple components on the CH-47 Chinook helicopter.

AAR Contract for Airlift Services in Africa Upheld

WOOD DALE, Illinois, May 15, 2014 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) announces U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) has re-awarded a contract to its Airlift division to provide dedicated fixed-wing lift services to U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM) throughout four Central African countries. Through a competitive solicitation, USTRANSCOM initially awarded the contract to AAR Airlift Group in November 2013.

AAR Signs Five-Year Contract to Support Air Canada’s Narrow-Body Airbus Fleet

DULUTH, Minnesota, April 29, 2014 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) has signed a five-year exclusive contract with Air Canada to support its fleet of 89 Airbus 319, 320 and 321 narrow-body aircraft.
