AAR’s Containerized Kitchens Heading to Presidential Inauguration to Serve Meals to National Guard

CADILLAC, Michigan, January 11, 2017 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) will be sending two of its Mobility System’s containerized kitchens to Washington, D.C., for use by the National Guard to serve meals to the active and reserve soldiers who will be supporting the 58th Presidential Inauguration.

AAR Signs PBH Contract with Allegiant Air

WOOD DALE, Illinois, January 9, 2017 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) has further strengthened its portfolio of North American PBH customers with the addition of Allegiant Air. AAR will provide repair-by-the-hour integrated component services to Allegiant’s fleet of A320 aircraft. Allegiant currently operates 36 A320 aircraft and plans to expand to more than 100 aircraft during the term of the agreement.

AAR Appoints New Leadership Team for Airlift

AAR today appointed Donald J. Wetekam to serve as Chairman of AAR Airlift and Jeffrey Wehrenberg to serve as Interim President of AAR Airlift. Both will report to John M. Holmes. Former Airlift President Steven B. Harrison will be leaving AAR Airlift to pursue other interests.

GAO Upholds Award to AAR Airlift for Dept. of State Global Aviation Support Services Program

AAR (NYSE: AIR) today learned that the United States Government Accountability Office denied DynCorp’s protest of the contract award to AAR Airlift, a subsidiary of AAR, for the United States Department of State’s Global Aviation Support Services program. Under the program, AAR Airlift will provide maintenance, operations, and logistical support to the fixed and rotary-wing aircraft fleet for Department of State’s International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Office of Aviation.

CADILLAC, Michigan, December 7, 2016 – AAR (NYSE: AIR) announces the certification of the ISU^® (Internal Airlift/Helicopter Slingable Container Units) 56000 series on commercial Boeing 747 aircraft. With the certification, these containers are now recognized as a size code B Unit Loading Device and are no longer required to be netted.

AAR and Air New Zealand Form Strategic Partnership for Components
