AAR Develops Stronger Panels for Interior Cabinetry in Business Jets

ORLANDO, Florida — AAR (NYSE: AIR) announces development of a line of fiberglass-skinned flat panels for business jet cabinetry that features increased strength performance. AAR Receives FAA Approval of New Composite Interior for Sikorsky S-92^® Helicopters

ORLANDO, Florida – AAR (NYSE: AIR) has received FAA certification of its new and improved Off Shore Airliner (OSA) interior design for Sikorsky’s S-92^® fleet of offshore utility aircraft. In addition to the composite interiors for the Sikorsky S-92 helicopter program, AAR also provides precision machining services for several hundred aircraft. AAR made the announcement from the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Convention in Orlando.

AAR Announces Cash Dividend

WOOD DALE, ILLINOIS — AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) announced that its Board of Directors at its regularly scheduled meeting declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share to its stockholders. The dividend will be paid on November 5, 2012, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 22, 2012. Future cash dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
