AAR to Manage Repairs, Procure Spare Parts for UK’s Royal Squadron Fleet

WOOD DALE, Illinois – AAR (NYSE: AIR) has been selected by the UK Ministry of Defence (UK MoD) to be the exclusive manager and single source of all repairs and spare parts requirements for its fleet of BAe146 and HS125 aircraft, and of all unit exchanges for the HS125. AAR Airlift Support of U.S. Military in Afghanistan Extended

WOOD DALE, ILLINOIS — AAR (NYSE: AIR) announced today that the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) has exercised a renewal option for AAR to provide airlift support in Afghanistan from December 2012 through November 2013. The renewal has a value of approximately $143 million in revenue and is part of a contract originally awarded to AAR in 2008. The Company announced a separate contract renewal for airlift support in November of this year.

WOOD DALE, Illinois – AAR (NYSE: AIR) has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) to provide parts and logistics services for U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopters.
