AAR's focus on Digital Services began with our legacy platforms designed to support MRO and Parts Supply customers.
StAAR* (Strategic Tools by AAR) - is a custom-designed application capable of managing and tracking every step of an aircraft maintenance project. The web-based interface captures MRO work card and labor transactions. StAAR* has been enhanced for over a decade with new functionality and tracks virtually all MRO project information. The system also provides document imaging, bar coding, portable computing, and touch screen labor stations.
IMOPS* (Inventory Management and Order Processing System) - has been custom‐designed for complex aviation processing and is capable of tracking all critical inventory information to support the operational tasks for order management, warehousing, and MRO material. Key features include robust data integration, document imaging, and item bar coding. The web-based interface provides dynamic supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and repair management. It provides the foundation for our newest Digital Services - our online PAARTS Store™ and AARive® customer portal.
APRISe* (AAR Performance Reporting Information System) - is a web-based integrity solution to support any enterprise. It provides a closed loop process for management of internal and external Corrective Action Requests, Human Factors Investigations, Environmental Health & Safety Issues, and Supplier Management.
