GSA Professional Services Schedule
AAR will provide a full range of services in the Special Item Numbers (SIN) Supply and Value Chain Management (874 501) and Operations & Maintenance Logistics Management and Support Services (874 507) for customers within GSA. AAR meets customers’ needs through all phases of planning, acquisition, and management of logistics systems and designing. Additionally, we offer services for operating and maintaining reliable and efficient systems, equipment, facilities and logistics infrastructures to improve equipment and logistics performance and reduce life cycle costs.
U.S. Navy P-8A
AAR provides depot airframe maintenance and depot field team support of the P-8A fleet for the Navy, government of Australia, and foreign military sales (FMS) customers. Airframe services provided by AAR include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, in-service repair, technical directive incorporation, airframe modifications, and AOG support. AAR’s work on the P-8A airframe is performed at AAR’s Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities in Indianapolis, Oklahoma City, and Miami, which are part of its airframe MRO network, the largest in the Americas.
U.S. Navy C-40A Clipper Fleet
AAR provides fleet logistics sustainment including commercial depot, site support, and global material distribution for the U.S. Navy's Clipper fleet. This program utilizes AAR's commercial best practices in flight-hour support and a broad range of services and facilities across the U.S., including parts supply at our Chicago headquarters, procurement and supply chain services for 15 C-40A aircraft based at five Naval Air Stations, heavy maintenance at our MRO in Oklahoma City, landing gear overhaul in Miami, and component repair in New York and Amsterdam.
U.S. Air Force Landing Gear PBL 1
AAR provides total supply chain and commodity management in support of all U.S. Air Force C-130, KC-135, and E-3 landing gear systems. This program leverages AAR's expertise in managing the repair, maintenance, and logistics of landing gear with repair work in Miami and inventory supply and management in Illinois and Utah. AAR applies commercial MRO and supply chain best practices to help the government increase efficiencies and reduce costs through a 15-year Public Private Partnership.
U.S. Department of State WASS
AAR supports the Worldwide Aviation Support Services (WASS) contract for the U.S. Department of State by providing logistics, maintenance, and flight operations. AAR hired and trained over 700 employees and 200 subcontract employees for skilled positions worldwide within seven months using dedicated and committed internal experts and resources from throughout our organization.
U.S. Navy Harrier Jet Sustainment
AAR currently provides supply chain expertise, inventory management, and logistics support to the U.S. Navy for the AV-8 Harrier program. AAR inducted and catalogued, and now maintains the entire GR-9 fleet purchase into the U.S. Navy’s inventory, totaling over three million parts.
U.S. Navy H-60R Fleet Sustainment
AAR currently provides supply chain sustainment to the U.S. Navy’s Seahawk Performance Based Logistics (PBL) program. This program sustains the entire fleets of both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard worldwide.
United Kingdom
UK MOD AWAC Fleet Sustainment – RAF Waddington
AAR provides tip-to-tail supply chain sustainment for the United Kingdom’s Airborne Warning and Control System (AWAC) fleet across all levels of maintenance. On this program, AAR deploys personnel to support aircraft in operation. The program sustains a strategic national asset and demands the highest degree of accuracy and mission reliability.
Afghanistan
U.S. Air Force FMS Afghanistan C-130H Sustainment CLS
AAR provides contractor logistics support (CLS) in Kabul, Afghanistan to maintain safe, airworthy, reliable C-130H aircraft for U.S. Air Force (USAF) Advisors and the Afghan Air Force (AAF). We perform full CLS, including program support, program management, O- and I-level maintenance, modifications, engineering, aircraft operations, supply operations, training, and data management.
U.S. TRANSCOM Rotary Wing Support – Afghanistan
AAR provides dedicated rotary-wing air transportation services moving passengers and cargo, and provides casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) in support of NATO Air Command-Afghanistan/Combined Security Command.
Japan
Japan Ministry of Defense Hawkeye E-2C Sustainment
AAR provides tip-to-tail sustainment of the Japan Ministry of Defense’s entire Hawkeye E-2C fleet. This program sustains a strategic national asset and demands the highest degree of accuracy and mission reliability.
Global Operations
U.S. Military Sealift Command Vertical Replenishment
AAR provides global vertical replenishment (VERTREP) services to the Military Sealift Command. AAR has been performing commercial VERTREP services including ship-to-shore replenishment, ship-to-ship underway replenishment, search and rescue, and support for humanitarian aid operations for MSC since 2007. Missions include ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) flights, which typically launch on short notice.
U.S. TRANSCOM Trans-Africa Aviation Support Services
AAR provides fixed-wing aircraft support to United States Africa Command (AFRICOM) under a U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) contract. AAR provides all aircraft, personnel, equipment, tools, material, maintenance, and supervision necessary to perform passenger, cargo, and combined short takeoff and landing (STOL) air transportation services throughout Africa.
