International Operations Centre (IOC) 

International Operations Centre provides an enhanced global operational 24/7 support to our commercial program customers, operating from our London Gatwick facility. The IOC will oversee and be responsible for  all airline customer component demands including all AOG, critical & routine requests with continuous ownership & communication with the airline customer until each component is delivered.
