Eric Young is Vice President of OEM Solutions at AAR (NYSE: AIR), a leading aviation services provider to commercial and government customers worldwide.
In 2018, Young was appointed a corporate officer in addition to his role as Vice President, OEM Solutions, a business which develops strategic partnerships with OEMs to maximize their global commercial and military aftermarket sales. Before his current role, Young was the General Manager of Nordisk Aviation Products, a leading global OEM of cargo containers and pallets. The business was sold in 2015.
Prior to joining AAR, Young spent over 10 years in professional advisory services including positions with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and L.E.K. Consulting.
Young holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
