AAR Announces Close of Sale of Telair Cargo Group, Announces Date for Third Quarter FY2015 Earnings Conference Call

WOOD DALE, ILLINOIS (March 26, 2015) — AAR (NYSE: AIR) today announced that it closed on the sale of Telair Cargo Group to TransDigm for approximately $725 million in cash, subject to adjustment.
AAR will release its third quarter FY2015 results on Monday, March 30, 2015 before markets open and will hold its quarterly conference call at 10:30 a.m. CST.
